Who wouldn’t want to build muscle and at the same time burn the excessive fat? But do you know that it rarely works under normal conditions. Its always a great feeling to visualize those perfect muscles thatare shown or magazine cover, periodicals or those late night gym equipment commercial.
There is a lot of false promise being sold – magazines, television programs are all after selling those high-priced and over-valued equipments to you and forget the most important thing – teaching you build lean muscle!
I am going to show you how to make a lean body even if you’re just a hard gaine. It doesn’t matter if you’re overweight too!
There is a myth that there are completely different exercises for skinny people and overweight people. Actually only the amount of workout matters, initially.
When I started at the gym, I though I’d build muscle within a month or two and boy was I wrong! It takes patience and perseverance to getting where you want. You’re not becoming Arnold in a month, child. You’ve to be consistent and slowly build your stamina and go for higher weights and exercises that consume too much stamina.
When starting out, don’t focus on putting heavy weights. It just won’t work – on the other hand you can seriously get injured.
- Go slow.
- Increase weights gradually.
- Increase repetitions.
- Gradually branch out to other consuming exercises.
As a beginner, I had no clue what should I do or what I was doing was even right. So I purchased this Vince Delmonte’s No Nonsense Body Building guide and it has worked pretty well for me! I’ll write a review sometime soon.
