Who wouldn&#8217;t want to build muscle and at the same time burn the excessive fat? But do you know that it rarely works under normal conditions. Its always a great feeling to visualize those perfect muscles thatare shown or magazine cover, periodicals or those late night gym equipment commercial.</p>
<p>There is a lot of false promise being sold &#8211; magazines, television programs are all after selling those high-priced and over-valued equipments to you and forget the most important thing &#8211; teaching you build lean muscle!</p>
<p>I am going to show you how to make a lean body even if you&#8217;re just a hard gaine. It doesn&#8217;t matter if you&#8217;re overweight too!</p>
<p>There is a myth that there are completely different exercises for skinny people and overweight people. Actually only the amount of workout matters, initially.</p>
<p>When I started at the gym, I though I&#8217;d build muscle within a month or two and boy was I wrong! It takes patience and perseverance to getting where you want. You&#8217;re not becoming Arnold in a month, child. You&#8217;ve to be consistent and slowly build your stamina and go for higher weights and exercises that consume too much stamina.</p>
<p>When starting out, don&#8217;t focus on putting heavy weights. It just won&#8217;t work &#8211; on the other hand you can seriously get injured.</p>
<ul>
<li>Go slow.</li>
<li>Increase weights gradually.</li>
<li>Increase repetitions.</li>
<li>Gradually branch out to other consuming exercises.</li>
</ul>
<p>As a beginner, I had no clue what should I do or what I was doing was even right. So I purchased this Vince Delmonte&#8217;s No Nonsense Body Building guide and it has worked pretty well for me! I&#8217;ll write a review sometime soon.</p>
